About Us

The people behind your network

We're a Kampala-based team that builds, fixes, and maintains the IT infrastructure businesses depend on every day.

Our Story

Backspace started because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses in Kampala struggling with networks that dropped randomly, server rooms that looked like bird nests, and security cameras that only worked when nobody was watching.

We decided to do it differently. We listen first, design something that actually makes sense, build it properly, and then we stick around to make sure it keeps working. That's it. No complicated sales pitches, no cutting corners.

Today we work with hotels, offices, retail chains, and schools across Uganda — and we're proud that most of our clients have been with us for years.

Our Values

What Drives Us

Quality First

We use the best materials, follow industry standards, and test everything before we hand it over. No shortcuts.

Reliability

Our systems are built to work — day in, day out. When you call us, you get answers. When we install something, it stays installed.

Client-First Approach

We listen to what you actually need, not what we want to sell. Every project starts with understanding your business.
